Casting/hiring policy:

Production

Each season (Sept 1-August 31), we commit to ensuring that a minimum of 50% of our production-specific hires (designers, actors, cast, crew, staff) be BIPOC and a minimum of 50% be female-identifying, gender fluid, or nonbinary. 

Board 

We commit to developing a board that is at least 50% BIPOC and 50% female-identifying, gender fluid, or nonbinary. 

Staff

Future hires will be BIPOC until we reach a 50% ratio for long term staff, while maintaining a minimum of 50% female-identifying, gender fluid, or nonbinary staff.
